Trick or Treating at the Heilners

We were invited to attend the 3rd annual Heilner Halloween party and what fun we had... It was a night of laughter and memories that we will enjoy talking about in the future. And talk about kids....I think that they out numbered the adults!

Carving Pumpkins Halloween Morning

The boys had a lot of fun carving pumpkins this year. They actually both put their hands inside and pulled out the slimy insides. Zach got to experiment with cutting his own pumpkin with daddy's help and did pretty well. We were proud of our boys and their accomplishments

Halloween Party at Preschool

Zach had a fun Halloween party at Preschool that mommy was allowed to attend with him. They played pin the nose on the pumpkin, painted their pumpkins (from Bishops pumpkin farm) and ate lots and lots of food that the parents each provided. We had a fabulous time.

Bishops Farm w/Zach's preschool

Zach, Ethan and Isabella went to Bishop's pumpkin farm this year as a field trip with the preschool. We had a great time...despite the drenching of rain that accompanied part of our trip. The kids rode the train, watched a pig race, rode on a hay wagon out to the pumpkin fields where they each picked a pumpkin to bring home. We rounded out the day with apple cider, fishy crackers and jumping on the hay pillow. It was a fabulous day!!!

We have started Isabella on some baby food and she has taken to it pretty well. Today was Peas....

Children's Wonderland

We went to cousin Trenton's birthday party on Sunday in Vallejo with Grandpa & Grandma. They have a fun place called Children's Wonderland that I used to play in when I was very small. They remodeled it (of course, since that was a small number of years ago) and it was a great place for the kids to run around and know that they were safe.

Ethan and his pajamas

Ethan has decided that he is going to start a new trend in pajama wearing...he does this every night after we put him to bed and we find him this way every morning. What is he going to do when it gets cold and we start putting him in zippered one piece pj's??

Stopping to smell the roses

The boys were smelling my roses this morning and it was really cute...until they started pulling the petals off. But, boys will be boys, won't they?
